We are following protocols designed to keep you, your pet, and our team safe, while complying with state and local guidelines that will allow us to remain open providing care.
As you prepare for your next visit, please understand we may not be able to serve you as quickly as we have prior to the pandemic and wait times may be a little longer. Please plan ahead and allow extra time for your appointment.
Please wait in your car when you arrive and send a textto (860) 506-3699 with your name, pet’s name, and appointment time to check-in. We will let you know when we are ready to bring your pet in for treatment.
All patients will be escorted into the building by a staff member. We will have clients wait in the car while we examine and care for your pets.
Once your pet’s exam is complete, we will then process your payment over the phone and schedule any necessary follow-up visits.
Our staff is required to wear a mask, and our clients are required to wear a mask.
